Registration Policy

To ensure a productive and organized experience for all participants, we require all attendees to register prior to the workshop. Full payment is required at the time of registration.

We accept payments via credit card and PayPal.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so as early as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before the workshop: 100% refund minus a [specify amount or percentage] administrative fee.

• 15 to 30 days before the workshop: 50% refund.

• Less than 15 days before the workshop: No refunds available.

Please note, if the workshop is cancelled by the organisers for any reason (such as unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations), registered participants will receive a full refund.

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend after registering, you are welcome to send a substitute participant at no additional cost. Please inform us of any substitutions at least 15 days before the workshop starts for seamless processing.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. The information collected during registration will only be used for processing your participation and communicating details related to the workshop.

Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge that they are undertaking participation in the workshop of their own free will and are aware of the risks involved. By registering, participants agree to release the workshop organizers and affiliates from any and all claims of liability associated with the event.

Conduct Policy

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all attendees, speakers, and staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant who is deemed to be conducting themselves in an inappropriate or unsafe manner without a refund.
